Please read these terms carefully before using our cold chain logistics management consulting services.
TheShuckedOysterBand (the "Company") provides specialized consulting services in transport budget optimization, inventory loss auditing, and negotiation with international suppliers for the distribution of high-value marine products in the premium Horeca sector. Services include training courses and customized cold chain supply chain analyses.
The Client undertakes to provide complete and accurate information regarding its logistics operations. The Company undertakes to maintain data confidentiality and to provide recommendations based on industry best practices. Any delivered report or course remains the intellectual property of the Company until full payment of the invoice.
Recommendations provided by TheShuckedOysterBand are based on data supplied by the Client and on standardized cold chain analyses. The Company assumes no liability for direct or indirect financial losses resulting from partial implementation or non-implementation of the recommendations. The Company's total liability is limited to the invoiced amount for the respective service.
Either party may unilaterally terminate the service contract with a 30-day written notice. In the event of non-fulfillment of payment obligations, the Company reserves the right to suspend access to courses and reports without prior notice. Upon termination, the Client must return all confidential materials received.
The Company may modify these terms with a 15-day notice, communicated by email to the address provided by the Client. Continued use of the services after the modifications come into effect constitutes acceptance of them.
